https://www.ling.sinica.edu.tw/main/zh-tw?/sign/1114talk 論宜蘭寒溪泰雅語的語言歸屬 * 日期：2022-11-14（一）10:00~12:00 * 主講人：陳彥伶 助研究員 * 會議地點：中央研究院語言學研究所519會議室 ----- 中央研究院語言學研究所 111 年 11 月 14 日講論會摘要 論宜蘭寒溪泰雅語的語言歸屬 A New View on ‘Yilan Creole’ 陳彥伶 中央研究院語言學研究所 本研究旨在檢視宜蘭寒溪泰雅語（又名宜蘭克里奧語）的語言歸屬，透過剖析其語言結構 跟歷史成因，討論其語言分類。以一個克里奧語來說，宜蘭寒溪泰雅語的語序、型態句法 結構充滿了日語（上層語言）的痕跡，反而不見泰雅語（底層語言）焦點系統、謂語居首 的語序等語法特徵，與語言接觸文獻裡洋涇濱（pidgin）、克里奧語（creole）以底層語 言為主的結構大相徑庭。若克里奧語語者同時身為該克里奧語上層語言的使用者，此克里 奧語在語法結構上有機會向上層語言靠攏，此為去克里奧化（decreolization）。然而， 日本統治臺灣止於民國 34 年，日語作為官方語言的地位自此被華語取代。換言之，宜蘭 寒溪泰雅語並無趨向日語語法發展的環境。此外，一般咸信洋涇濱、克里奧語的形成乃因 多語環境下跨族群溝通困難，爰社群內部急需一個通用的語言，可宜蘭寒溪泰雅語的第一 代語者（the founder group）已有泰雅語或日語可作為溝通媒介。有鑑於上述因素，本 研究將重新檢視宜蘭寒溪泰雅語的語言歸屬。 This talk revisits the creole status of the so-called ‘Yilan Creole’ spoken in Yilan County of northeastern Taiwan. As a ‘creole’, this language shows too many Japanese influences on its word order and morphosyntax, while Atayal contributes too little to the aforementioned aspects. A creole can develop a full-fledged morphosyntactic system similar to its superstrate language under the condition that it is spoken in an environment with widespread bilingualism in the creole and its lexifier language. Yet Japanese rule in Taiwan ended in 1945 and the status of Japanese as a lingua franca has since been replaced by Mandarin. In addition, pidgins/creoles emerge when people are in need of a lingua franca for intergroup communication with limited access to the lexifier /substratum languages. Members of the founder group of ‘Yilan Creole’ already shared a common language, i.e., Atayal or Japanese. I thus propose that the classification of ‘Yilan Creole’ as a creole should be reconsidered since it does not fit into the various characters of pidgins and creoles defined in the literature of contact linguistics. --
