標題[請益] 有關抗氧化實驗 TEAC trolox ABTS

本身在做抗氧化的實驗
因為要做Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, TEAC
需要trolox peroxidase ABTS H2O2等
結果老板訂了一瓶sigma A3219 的 ABTS Liquid Substrate System 100 mL
因為查過文獻 大部分都是買ABTS salt 然後再配成 X mM，
而這瓶ABTS 100 mL 竟然沒有標示濃度 查了網頁及手冊 也只是寫"ready-to-use"
詢問原廠的回覆是"This product is a ready-to-use and supplied at the working
dilution. Dilution of the substrate is not recommended. But the
concentration is not descripted."
天啊 怎辦啊？ 我真的不知道我的實驗該怎麼繼續做下去
老板又一直問我到底何時才要開始做@@........
