标题[请益] 有关抗氧化实验 TEAC trolox ABTS

本身在做抗氧化的实验
因为要做Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity, TEAC
需要trolox peroxidase ABTS H2O2等
结果老板订了一瓶sigma A3219 的 ABTS Liquid Substrate System 100 mL
因为查过文献 大部分都是买ABTS salt 然後再配成 X mM，
而这瓶ABTS 100 mL 竟然没有标示浓度 查了网页及手册 也只是写"ready-to-use"
询问原厂的回覆是"This product is a ready-to-use and supplied at the working
dilution. Dilution of the substrate is not recommended. But the
concentration is not descripted."
天啊 怎办啊？ 我真的不知道我的实验该怎麽继续做下去
老板又一直问我到底何时才要开始做@@........
