標題[問題] Allowable subject matter

請教一下各位前輩
對於allowable subject matter 的問題
節錄oa內容如下
Claim 3~10 are objected to as being dependent upon a rejected base claim,
but would be allowable if rewritten in independent form inculding "all of
the limitations" of the base claim and any intervening claims.
問題是
請問需要把CLAIM.3 至CLAIM 10 通通都納入CLAIM.1呢 還是擇一為之即可?
