標題[期刊] 嗚...英文寫作有那麼差嗎？

半個多月前線上submit了一篇期刊論文，今天收到editor的comment說：
The English, grammar, presentation, etc. is unacceptable.
The author must carefully rewrite the manuscript before submission
to adhere to proper writing and clear exposition.
我很納悶的是，好歹我老闆稿也頭了不少，經過他polish的writing應該不至於
被說為unacceptable吧。（之前在其他期刊被接受的的兩篇文章，文風也類似啊）
難道這是一種「euphemistic reject」嗎？
（附註： 這次所投的是 journal of computationa physics）
