看不懂俄文，聽ＴＯＷ的論壇上面說這個是以ＴＯＷ的引擎開發出來的遊戲。
和ＴＯＷ沒有關係，而且似乎只限定自產自銷（俄國）
所以國際版的１Ｃ官網沒這東東的消息................

The Art of War: Africa 1943
