看不懂俄文，听ＴＯＷ的论坛上面说这个是以ＴＯＷ的引擎开发出来的游戏。
和ＴＯＷ没有关系，而且似乎只限定自产自销（俄国）
所以国际版的１Ｃ官网没这东东的消息................

The Art of War: Africa 1943
