"Grid computing" ［雖然我覺得 cloud computing 比較合］ can be traced back to
NASA's "Search for Extraterrestrial Life" project ［這可以上網查證，我是隨便翻
］. In order to search the vast universe for clues, NASA linked up 300,000
computers and utilized their downtimes to compute and compare NASA data, thus
substantially increasing research efficiency.
1. 其實原文的品質也不怎麼樣
2. 所以更應該先看懂、釐清再翻譯，必要時修改一下語序跟表達方式
3. 真的建議你花點時間去讀一本文法書，或至少要非常仔細看別人的用詞（比如說
"be" traced back to; NASA 前沒有 "the"; etc.）
