標題[英中] 請教翻譯，跟邏輯有關…

Suggestive use of this particle based on a fact that if a person wants to
imagine not doing something, he must imagine doing that.
Negation with a particle “no” and “not” exists in speech, but it does not
exist in the subconscious.
暗示使用這種基於部份事實比如如果一個人願意想像他不做某件事情，
他必須先想像他做了某件事情，部份否定的不或不是存在於對談，但在潛意識中不存在。
※particle no and not 是指部份否定的意思嗎？但是翻起來又怪怪的，particle based
on →部份基於？
For example, if we say “The book is not on the table” then our mind must
first imagine that the book is on the table and only then make that image to
disappear. The book can not “does not stand on the table”. It may be somewhere else, can
lie on your side, but it can not “does not stand anywhere”.
例如，如果我們說“這本書不在桌面上”，那麼我們必須先想像這本書是在桌子上，然
後才使該圖像（書本）消失。
這本書不能“不立在桌子上。” 這可能是其他地方，可以倒在你身邊，但不能
“不立在任何地方”。
※The book can not “does not stand on the table”這本書不能「不立在桌子上」
跟中文的語法好像又差很多，看不太懂…
