嗯，問我這個問題有點尷尬，因為我本科系不是學語言(語文)的
照所列出字典的說法(原文照搬)，這裡是討論名詞
influence 是指影響人行為或決定的力量
(心理層面？)
effect 某個力量(或因素)作用在人(生理、物理層面？)、事、物
所產生的影響(結果，如變化或事件)
如果更要深入探討兩者差異，這就超出我能力範圍了，請自行查找其他資料吧。(冏)
(google 繁體中文或英文 有關兩者的字辨有不少討論)
