嗯，问我这个问题有点尴尬，因为我本科系不是学语言(语文)的
照所列出字典的说法(原文照搬)，这里是讨论名词
influence 是指影响人行为或决定的力量
(心理层面？)
effect 某个力量(或因素)作用在人(生理、物理层面？)、事、物
所产生的影响(结果，如变化或事件)
如果更要深入探讨两者差异，这就超出我能力范围了，请自行查找其他资料吧。(冏)
(google 繁体中文或英文 有关两者的字辨有不少讨论)
