我最近一直做muffins,越來越有心得~
跟大家分享這一款在網路上找到的食譜。
我有自己調整一些東西。

Cream Cheese Apple Muffins

INGREDIENTS
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup peeled, diced tart apples
1/2 cup bran flakes cereal
TOPPING:
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, lemon
juice and vanilla; beat until smooth. Combine the flour, baking powder,
baking soda and salt; stir into cream cheese mixture just until moistened.
Fold in apples and bran flakes.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Combine topping
ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or
until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from
pan to a wire rack.
