標題[問題] 網路有的可用有的不能用?

最近電腦一直都有怪問題...
常常fb能用
其他任何網站卻都開不起來
要不就是ptt能用
網路全掛
但一旁的迅雷卻還在跑 冏
兩個多月搞的我生不如死
最近開網頁後第一次發現一個頁面寫著:
You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow further Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information.

不知道有沒有人遇過類似的問題?
搞不懂是電腦哪部分出問題了...
