标题[问题] 网路有的可用有的不能用?

最近电脑一直都有怪问题...
常常fb能用
其他任何网站却都开不起来
要不就是ptt能用
网路全挂
但一旁的迅雷却还在跑 冏
两个多月搞的我生不如死
最近开网页後第一次发现一个页面写着:
You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow further Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information.

不知道有没有人遇过类似的问题?
搞不懂是电脑哪部分出问题了...
