Campaign Summary During the campaign period, if you register for the campaign, book, purchase and board on ANA operated flights between San Jose=Narita(NH1075/NH1076) and credit boarding miles to your AMC account, you will receive double boarding miles each time you board NH1075/NH1076. Campaign Period Campaign Registration Period: May 30, 2014 – August 31, 2014, 11:59PM (Pacific Time) Boarding Period: June 1, 2014 – August 31, 2014(date of boarding) Eligible Flight NH1075/NH1076 (UA9660/UA9659) Eligible Fare All revenue fares to Japan and/or Asia with ANA operated San Jose=Narita flights issued in North America. (Except award tickets) * Including connecting from other cities via San Jose to Japan and/or Asia. Eligible Booking class J/C/D/Z/P/Y/E/B/M/U/H/Q/V/W/S/L/K Bonus Miles Bonus miles equivalent to the eligible flight miles will be credited late October 2014. * Flight miles are calculated by multiplying the basic flight mileage by the accrual rate, which the rate is based on the fare type. * Miles which are accrued as a benefit for Premium members are ineligible for bonus miles. Note * Eligible for N. American ANA Mileage Club (AMC) members * If flight miles are not credited to your AMC account, you are not eligible for the bonus miles. * In order to earn bonus miles from the campaign, retroactive registration requests for flight miles cannot be accepted. * You must register for the campaign before your boarding to be eligible for the bonus miles. * Bonus miles will be credited to your AMC account by late October 2014 * Boarding the flights with award ticket is not eligible for the bonus miles. * Campaign eligible flight segment is only between San Jose and Tokyo (Narita). Campaign Registration This campaign requires registration. Please register for the campaign before your boarding.
