Eligible Booking class J/C/D/Z/P/Y/E/B/M/U/H/Q/V/W/S/L/K Bonus Miles Bonus miles equivalent to the eligible flight miles will be credited late October 2014. * Flight miles are calculated by multiplying the basic flight mileage by the accrual rate, which the rate is based on the fare type. * Miles which are accrued as a benefit for Premium members are ineligible for bonus miles. American ANA Mileage Club (AMC) members * If flight miles are not credited to your AMC account, you are not eligible for the bonus miles. * In order to earn bonus miles from the campaign, retroactive registration requests for flight miles cannot be accepted. * You must register for the campaign before your boarding to be eligible for the bonus miles. * Bonus miles will be credited to your AMC account by late October 2014 * Boarding the flights with award ticket is not eligible for the bonus miles. * Campaign eligible flight segment is only between San Jose and Tokyo (Narita).
