原文其實還算標準的學術文章，很拗口，不過英國或澳洲人就是那個調調 （攤手）
看論文時猜作者的國籍，也是苦中作樂的一大樂趣 XD
另外，試改寫的文應該是照原原po那段試譯文改寫的吧？
對於文意提出一點不同的看法～
原文： The model tested examines the predicted associations between
service climate and job induced tension,job satisfaction and
psychological dysfunction as indicators of employee wellbeing.
簡化一下：The model examines the associations (between those parameters) as
indicators of employee wellbeing.
大約是說，他們檢測的是上述兩兩參數間的預估關連性是否能當員工福祉的指標
原文末句： This investigation is undertaken in the context of the university
environment where it is argued that the increasing "consumerisation"
of students may be a source of job pressure for university staff.
這句是說研究的背景，和研究結果沒什麼關係～
以上是我理解不太一樣的地方 :)
