Roma are close to signing Swedish midfielder Christian Wilhelmsson
after he underwent a medical in the capital on Tuesday.
The Giallorossi are finalising the transfer of the player
from Ligue 1 side Nantes and the 27-year-old is expected
to put pen to paper over the next few hours.
“He is undergoing medical tests. There is the possibility of signing him
and sporting director Daniele Prade is discussing the final details,”
confirmed Coach Luciano Spalletti.
