标题[请问] 转档出现怪现象

原本使用megui及virtualdub(A组)来转档
转的设定大多参照档案原设定
调整的部份只有将影像部份的bitrate调低
及将音讯部份改成有损的AAC，并且bitrate也调低为128k而已
後来发现转出来後不知为何会有绿色块状杂讯，画面还糊在一起
於是改成用video converter factory pro及格式工厂(B组)来转
结果这2者转出来虽然无megui的问题
但却只能转大约3分钟的影片长度而已
B组运作的进度的条棒真的就是突然暴增的
请问到底是什麽原因导致这些现象的呢?
我现在只想将档案转小一点节省空间
不论最後是用A或B组的解法都欢迎提出来
最後附上那个档案的资讯，档案也正在上传中
