标题[问题] LSE 线上申请表

请问一下
表格中有一栏Qualifications pending
我看了说明
"You must be fully graduated from your current institution
before you start a programme of study at LSE.
If your final results will not be available by the end of September 2009
at the latest, you must state this clearly at the beginning of your personal
statement."
我的状况是我还在台湾念硕士班(硕一)
但是硕一读完就想出去
那在资格上就行不通吗?
还是说我这格可以不要填?
