标题[情报] RAE2008终於出现罗~

准备要留学的大家可以参考看看喔
它有分科系(by unit of assessment)
4* Quality that is
world-leading in terms of originality,signficance
and rigour.
3* Quality that is
internationally excellent in terms of originality,
significance and rigour but which nonetheless falls short of
the highest standards of excellence.
2* Quality that is recognised
internationally in terms of originality,
significance and rigour.
1* Quality that is recognised
nationally in terms of originality,
significance and rigour.
Unclassified:
Quality that
falls below the standard of nationally recognised
work. Or work which
does not meet the published definition of research for
the purposes of this assessment.
这是比较官方的评监
个人觉得比 TIME 跟 GUARDIAN 的排名实际(
学术上)
可以真实反映学校特定科系的
研究品质
不过如果大家要把就业前景跟学生满意度之类的条件都算进出的话
看 TIME/GUARDIAN 的会比较有参考价值
