「法律、文化与社会」经典研读 第二年 去年我们念了几本经典：Maine、Tonnies、Durkheim 和 Weber的相关着作。本年度我们将重点放在20世纪 法律人类学早、中期的经典上。预定阅读书目如下： Malinowski, Bronislaw 1926 Crime and custom in savage society. Hoebel, E.
