家人最近因为停经後出血
子宫颈抹片检查没问题
子宫发现有肿瘤有做子宫刮搔术
礼拜三才回诊看报告内心很紧张
不知道能否请版友帮忙看一下呢谢谢
前几年爸爸肺小细胞癌末期来过几个月
再度可能踏进来很是惶恐

Uterus, endometrium, curettage, mild complex hyperplasia. The specimen submitt
ed consisted of 3 small tissue fragments, measuring up to 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3 cm,
grayish-brown in color and so ft in consistency, fixed in formalin. All for se
ctions. Jar. 0. Microscopically, the sections reveal a picture of mild complex
hyperplasia. Two of the tissue fragmenbts show blood. One of the tissue fragm
ents shows endometrial tissue. TheThe endometrial glands are mild proliferated
, irregularly enlarged, and closely packed. They are lined by columnar epithel
ium with enlarged and hyperchromatic nuclei, partly showing pseudostratificati
on, papillary infolding, and out pouchings. The endometrial stroma is hypercel
lular and hypervascular. No evidence of malignancy is seen.
