标题[问题] Ad-Aware扫出来的MRU档案

电脑没毒，但 Ad-Aware 的扫描结果，在 Privacy Objects 部份扫出三个项目：

有上网查过，但查不出个所以然来...
请问，
这些是什麽东西呢？
应该直接删掉吗？删掉会不会影响作业系统运作呢？
需要把 Ad-Aware 扫毒的 log 档放上来吗？
