标题[问题] 网页的问题

最近常常是BBS和MSN很正常的使用
可是网页却不定时的出现以下画面(红色的字体)
You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information.
之前有怀疑过是ARP病毒 可是不知道是不是
因为本身已经装了ARP Protector
可是网页还是不定时会出现那个画面
不知道是否也有人遇到此状况
加上我的邻居好像也是此状况(同一条网路线)
麻烦也有同样状况的告知ㄧ下
