标题[问题] 右边快速移动视野

请问在黑色框框这个位置划动不是能移动视野吗？我在新手教学还可以用，开始一般的游
戏就不能了，试过划那区好几个地方都没无法移动，请问有大大跟我一样或者是解决方法
吗？
