标题[问题] 请问乖妈产品的订购程序

我是要买他最新一期的免运费商品啦~
刚开始每个步骤都没有问题,
可是到最後一个步骤时我才发现,
竟然有一个 收费表(最佳): NT$100 !!
这是什麽意思阿? 不是免运费吗?
本来想说商品是$249,还ok,可以接受的价格,
可是多加了这100元,总计就变成了$349,感觉就差好多了唷...="=
我是第一次买乖妈的产品,有人能告诉我这是怎麽回事吗?
我好想买他这期的免运费商品耶~怎麽会这样?
那到底是什麽东东的钱阿?
