Flamini, 21, came through the Marseille youth ranks but signed his first professional deal with Arsenal in 2004. Despite a dispute, Fifa authorised the player's transfer but Marseille wanted the decision overturned so they could reinstate Flamini into their squad. But the CAS said it "dismissed the appeal filed by Marseille." A statement on the CAS on its website also "confirmed the authorisation granted by Fifa to Arsenal to register the player Mathieu Flamini". "The CAS has also confirmed the training compensation of $480,000 allocated to Olympique de Marseille by Fifa," the CAS added. Flamini has made 12 appearances for Arsenal this season and the Gunners are pleased that the matter is now closed. An Arsenal statement read: "We are pleased that the Court of Arbitration for Sport has supported Fifa's decision and rejected the claims of Olympique Marseille. "The decision shows that Arsenal Football Club and Mathieu Flamini have at all times acted appropriately in this matter. "Both the club and the player are looking forward to putting this behind them and moving on." 这大概是温格黑暗大法吧，不过昆西的事就太不小心了。 之前马赛还用了一个理由，跟枪手要几百万镑的赔偿，因为他们为了要补Flamini的空位 （宣称的理由），签了个巴西籍中场，大概花了六百万镑（还是美金？），所以这个钱 马赛要枪手全数出。 有个枪迷举了个很好玩的比喻，说这就像是一个人把一台普通车放在路边不管，过了几 个月等到牌照到期，叫失物招领也不来领，然後这台车被人家给牵走了，这台普通车的 车主花了几十万镑买了台法拉利，然後跟这个合法把车牵走的新车主求偿买法拉利的钱。 之前看一些别处枪迷讨论，真假不详，说法甲有规定法甲球会不能挖角彼此还未签职业 的青训球员，但是这规定只在法甲，枪手不在法甲所管理的范围，而Flamini的转会案 已经被FIFA所认可，所以就法律与技术上面来说，这案子没问题。就道德方面嘛... 见仁见智罗 这件事可能还会持续一阵，像Toure那件一样 --
