应该是脚踝：
Akinori Otsuka left Sunday's game in the eighth inning with an apparent right
leg injury.
Otsuka apparently injured his ankle while meeting Jason Varitek at first base
on a bang-bang play. He's probably day-to-day. Eric Gagne, who was set to
pitch the ninth with the lead, instead entered with two outs in the eighth.
