标题[新闻] Rangers to sign Fukumori

The Rangers may have lost out on their No. 1 Japanese free-agent target this
winter, but it appears they won't come away empty-handed from their foray to
the Far East.
The Rangers are on the verge of landing Kazuo Fukumori, a
31-year-old right-handed reliever. A source acknowledged the club was in
serious talks with Fukumori but declined to comment further.
