Astros To Sign Jose Veras

The Astros have agreed to sign reliever Jose Veras to a
one-year, $2MM
contract, Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes reports (on Twitter). The deal
includes a 2013 salary of $1.85MM and a 2014 option worth $3.25MM with a
$150K buyout. Praver/Shapiro represents Veras.
