应该是「着地」吧... 不然为什麽「一足或双足可以离地」？
手边没有新规则 所以上网看了一下 FIBA Americas的线上规则
25.2.2
While coming to a stop when neither foot is the pivot foot:
-- To pass or shoot for a field goal, one or both feet may be lifted but
may not
return to the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
