If the request for a time-out or a substitution is made before the ball is at the disposal of a player for a throw-in following the free throw (s), the time out or the substitution shall be granted for both teams if the last or only free throw is successful. 若要求暂停或替补是在执行罚球以後，发界外球球置於球员可处理位置前提出。 如最後一次或仅有一次罚球罚中，应允许两队暂停或替补。 2. If a free throw(s) is followed by a throw-in at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table, the time-out or the substitution shall be granted after the last free throw for both teams whether the last free throw is successful or not. 若罚球以後接着於记录台对面中线延伸线外发界外球。无论最後一次罚球是否罚中， 应允许两队暂停或替补。 3. During the last two (2) minutes of the fourth (4th) period or each extra-period, if a time out is granted: * to the non-scoring team after the valid field goal, * to the team that has been awarded the possession of the ball in its back court, 若在第四节或是每次延长赛的最後两分钟期间允许暂停： ＊在有效的投球中篮後，非得分队请求暂停。 ＊获得发後场界外球的球队请求暂停。 the throw-in, following the time-out, shall be administrated at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table. The player taking the throw-in shall be entitled to pass the ball to a team-mate at any place on the playing court. 暂停後的发界外球，应在记录台对面中线延伸线外执行。得以将球传给场内任何位置的 队友。 The above amendments are valid for all main official FIBA competitions as of 1st October 2005. 上述修正在2005年10月01日起对所有国际篮总官方主要的竞赛生效。 亚洲在2006年01月 01日开始实施。 --
