Art.44 correctable errors
44.1 officails may correct an error if a rule is inadvertently disregarsed in
the folloeing situation only:
● awarding an unmerited free throw(s)
● failure to award a merited free throw(s)
● erronrous awarding pr cancelling of a point(s)
● permitting the wrong player to attempt a free throw(s)
44.2.1 to be correctable the above-mentioned errors must be recongnized by
the officails, commissioner, if present, or table officails before
the ball becomes live following the first dead ball after the game
clock has started following the error.
也就是说 依照规则的定义
此状况是得予更正的错误 (应罚而未罚)
在得予更正的时间内 (发生错误後，发界外球球成活球，时间终了球成死球）
因此 该错误得予更正
依照更正错误的程序
由A4罚两球 若比分相同 则进入延长赛
