标题[问题] 2010规则问题(感谢楼上的点醒)

如题:
两个小问题如下:
1.在网站原文规则中，发现一个问题就是，2008的规则，在第四节最後两分钟时，
球权方喊暂停後，是在记录台前面中线发球。而刚看完2010的规则後，
有点不太懂他的意思！
During the last two (2) minutes of the game and of the extra period,
following the time-out granted to the team that has been entitled
to the possession of the ball from its backcourt,
the subsequent throw-in will be taken on the opposite side of
the scorer’s table from the “throw-in side line” and not as presently
from the centre line extended.
说到与2008不同了，但有点不了，一样是在记录台对面，那是不是说就不在跨中线处
发球了，改成直接在记录台对面的前场发球呢？
2.以24秒规则来看，2010年的24秒规范中，
If the throw-in is to be administered in the backcourt,
if required by the respective rules,
the 24 second device shall be reset to 24 seconds.
如上，这是不是说在後场发球时，被犯规後，24秒重设，然後於离犯规点
最近的边线发球？(後场被犯规後，八秒需要重新读计吗？八秒这问题
，是2008就已经有的吗？)
如上两个问题！
