由於很多人不知道NBA跟FIBA走步的规则差在哪(包括我自己)， 我特别去看了一下NBA09-10的规则，网址http://www.nba.com/officiating/ 以下仅节录走步的部分，还有本人粗糙的翻译 Rule NO.4 Section VIII-Traveling Traveling is progressing in any direction while in possession of the ball, which is in excess of prescribed limits as noted in Rule 4-Section VII and Rule 10-Section XIII. 简单来说，违反 Rule 4 第7部分及 Rule 10第13部分就算走步违例。 Rule NO.4 Section VII-Pivot a.A pivot takes place when a player, who is holding the ball, steps once or more than once in any direction with the same foot, with the other foot (pivot foot) in contact with the floor. b.If the player wishes to dribble after a pivot, the ball must be out of his hand before the pivot foot is raised off the floor. If the player raises his pivot off the floor, he must pass or attempt a field goal before the foot is retured to the floor. If he fails to follow these guidelines, he has committed a traveling violation. 规则第4条 第7部分 a.旋转是指球员掌握球时，以一足定於地上作为中枢足，以另一足向任何方向跨出一次 或多次的合法动作。 b.若球员想要在旋转後运球，必须在球离手之後，中枢足才可以离地。 传球或投篮时，可以由中枢足起跳，但球必须在任一足着地前离手。 如果球员没有依照以上原则，就算是走步违例。 Rule NO.10 Section XIII-Traveling 规则第10条 第13部分 a.A player who receives the ball while standing still may pivot, using either foot as the pivot foot. a.一球员双足着地时接住球，可以任选一足做为中枢足来旋转。 b.A player who receives the ball while he is progressing or upon completion of a dribble, may take two steps in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the ball. A player who receives the ball while he is progressing must release the ball to start his dribble before his second step. b.一球员在移动时或完成运球後接住球，可以再踩两步急停、传球或投篮。 一球员在移动时接住球，开始运球时，球必须在第二步前离手。 The first step occurs when a foot, or both feet, touch the floor after gaining control of the ball. 第一步发生在获得控球之後，一足或是双足接触地面。 The second step occurs after the first step when the other foot touches the floor, or both feet touch the floor simultaneously. 第二步发生在第一步之後，另一足接触地面，或双足同时接触地面。 A player who comes to a stop on step one when both feet are on the floor or touch the floor simultaneously may pivot using either foot as his pivot. If he jumps with both feet he must release the ball before either foot touches the floor. 一球员在第一步停止前进，其双足都在地上或同时接触地面，可以任选一足做为中枢 足。 若他以双脚起跳，必须在任一足落地前使球离手。 A player who lands with one foot first may only pivot using that foot. 一球员最先着地的那一足为中枢足，只能以此足做为中枢旋转。 A progressing player who jumps off one foot on the first step may land with both feet simultaneously for the second step. In this situation, the player may not pivot with either foot and if one or both feet leave the floor the ball must be released before either returns to the floor. 一个在移动中的球员在第一步以一足起跳，可以以双足同时着地做为第二步。 在这个情况，此球员双足均不是中枢足，若一足或双足离开地面，他必须在任一足 落地前使球离手。 c.In starting a dribble after (1)receiving the ball while standing still, or (2)coming to a legal stop, the ball must be out of the player's hand before the pivot foot is raised off the floor. c.在开始运球前(1)双足在地上接到球或(2)接球後合法的急停，球必须在中枢足离地之 前离手。 d.If a player, with the ball in his possession, raises his pivot foot off the floor, he must pass or shoot before his pivot foot returns to the floor. If he drops the ball while in the air, he may not be the first to touch the ball. d.若一球员持球移动，抬起中枢足後，他必须在他的中枢足再次回到地面前， 传球或是投篮。如果该球员在空中使球落下，则不能成为第一个再接触球的球员。 e.A player who falls to the floor while holding the ball, or while coming to a stop, may not gain an advantage by sliding. e.一球员持球时跌倒，或是急停，他不得从滑动中得利。 f. A player who attempts a field goal may not be the first to touch the ball if it fails to touch the backboard, basket ring or another player. f.一球员尝试射篮，若球没有接触到篮板、篮框或其他球员，则他不得成为第一个再次 接触球的球员。 g.A player may not be the first to touch his own pass unless the ball touches his backboard, basket ring or another player. g.一球员不得成为第一个接触到他自己的传出的球的的球员，除非球碰触到他的 篮板、篮框或是其他球员。 h.Upon ending his dribble or gaining control of the ball, a player may not touch the floor consecutively with the same foot(hop). h.在结束运球或是获得控球时，一球员不得用同一足连续接触地面(单脚跳)。 PENALTY: Loss of ball. The ball is awarded to the opposing team at the sideline, nearest spot of the violation but no nearer the baseline than the foul line extended. 罚则:由对队在违例发生最近处的边线发界外球。 以上参考自NBA官方规则、FIBA中英规则、之前的新闻 结论: 与FIBA不同的地方:1.在「移动时接球或运球切入收球」後，在地上那只脚无视，可以 再踩两步上篮、传球、停球，也可以在踩第一步之後运球。 2.投面包球自己不可以第一个接触到球。 3.运球後砸篮框，自己可以再接球。 应该就这样吧，如有错误麻烦指出 --
