Art. 36 Unsportsmanlike foul 违反运动道德犯规"U"
The number of free throws shall be awarded as follows:
˙If the foul is committed on a player not in the act of shooting:
two (2) free throws.
非投篮动作，两罚+中线。
˙If the foul is committed on a player in the act of shooting: the goal,
if made, shall count and, in addition, one (1) free throw.
投篮动作，且中篮，得分算，一罚+中线。
˙If the foul is committed on a player in the act of shooting and the goal is
not made: two (2) or three (3) free throws.
投篮动作，未中篮，两罚/三罚+中线。
Art. 38 Technical foul
38.4.2 Two (2) free throws shall be awarded to the opponents, followed by:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
˙A throw-in at the centre line extended, opposite the scorer’s table.
˙A jump ball in the centre circle to start the first period.
凡技术犯规一律两罚+中线。

对投篮动作中的球员大叫使其未中篮，宣判技术犯规的条文并非废止，
在2010规则注释中依然有相关解释，
大致分为"中篮(未得利)=警告"和"未中篮(得利)=T"，
然而实务执行上的确有其困难，
牵涉到球员本身能力、干扰行为程度加上因人而异的主观认知，
因此个人建议是:
1.当临场认为介於似是而非的模糊地带，利用死球时间口头提醒；
2.明显且无庸置疑时，按照规则处理。
