好的 我花了一点时间整理了一下 这是NBA官方的规则 下面附上联结 http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_index.html 我节录其中对走步的定义及规范如下: Section XIV-Traveling 章节-14 走步 a. A player who receives the ball while standing still may pivot, using either foot as the pivot foot. 一个球员在站立的状态拿到球，可以用任一支脚当轴心。 b. A player who receives the ball while he is progressing or upon completion of a dribble, may use a two-count rhythm in coming to a stop, passing or shooting the ball. 一个球员在行进间或是在结束运球时，可以以有节奏性的两步骤停下做传球或投射。 The first count occurs: 第一步骤发生在: (1) As he receives the ball, if either foot is touching the floor at the time he receives it. 在收球的同时若是任何一支脚还接触地面。 (2) As the foot touches the floor, or as both feet touch the floor simultaneously after he receives the ball, if both feet are off the floor when he receives it. 在收球後，单脚接触到地面或双脚同时接触到地面。 (双脚落地算one step) The second occurs: 第二步骤发生在: (1) After the count of one when either foot touches the floor, or both feet touch the floor simultaneously. 在第一步後，单脚接触地面或是双脚同时接触地面。 c. A player who comes to a stop on the count of one may pivot, using either foot as the pivot foot. 当一个球员在第一步停止，可以用任一脚当轴心。 d.
