Round 1: Travis Outlaw, F, Starkville HS (No. 23)
Round 2: Nedzad Sinanovic, C, Bosnia-Herzegovina (No. 54)
Travis Outlaw may be a lottery pick after a couple of years in school, but
right now he's a second-rounder. He can't contribute and won't for years.
Meanwhile, the Blazers passed on several guys (Lampe, Barbosa, Pachulia, Cook)
with just as much upside.
