标题[程式] 有关IGV(Integrative Genomics viewer)

最近 我需要分析检体的Aneuploidy
老板要求我用IGV生成一个在每个probe 位置gain以及loss的图谱
我成功地将我的data laod进去了
但我不知道如何将我的reference load进去
IGV网页说需要以FASTA的档案格式
请问有没有IGV高手能够解答~~
好像要毕业阿~~
