【问题】：
如题~~
想请问一题原文遗传题(但很容易懂 拜托高手指点我><)
karen and steve each have a sibling with sickle cell disease(SCA).
Neither karen nor any of their parens have the disease,
and none of them have been tested to reveal SCA trait.
Base on this imcomplete information,calculate the probability
thatif this couple has a child, the child will have SCA?
已知SCA是体染色体隐性疾病
如果用Punnet square解
(karen父/母) A a
A AA Aa
a Aa aa 依题意先求 karen基因型,
我解: AA不可能因已知其兄弟得病(aa)
aa 不可能
Aa之机率为2/4=1/2
故 此夫妻生子得病率: 1/2(Aa)*1/2(Aa)*1/4aa=1/16
师解:因已知karen无得病 故先删除aa可能选项
AA不可能因已知其兄弟得病(aa)
aa 不可能
Aa之机率为2/3
故 此夫妻生子得病率: 2/3(Aa)*2/3(Aa)*1/4aa=1/9
@@我觉得配子产生是用所有可能机率去算的吧?!
更何况他是隐性疾病 已排除aa是死胎故删去其可能.(都说哥哥得病了@@)
