刚刚发现了一个网站，好像是 EMBL-hamburg 下面的。 (没看到，不知道有没有 po 过.....) http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/homePP.html 里面有 vector and strain database...etc... 个人觉得还蛮不错的... == ie. e. coli expression vector: http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/webPP/vectordb/bact_vectors/index.html e. coli strain: http://www.embl-hamburg.de/~geerlof/webPP/straindb/bact_strains/bact_strain_index.html == 然後我在 Cloning and auxiliary vectors 的地方， 发现了 pLysS 的资料，发现它写：origin p15A 嗯，该不会这是为什麽我 pMON (p15A ori) 在 BL21(DE3)pLysS strain didn't express well 的原因吧... 然後它在 pRSET 的地方 host strain 是写 BL21(DE3)pLysS... 我的 pRSET 在这个 strain 是 well expressed... 不过我不懂，为什麽在 BL21(DE3) 和在 BL21(DE3)pLysS 会有差... (when just transform with pRSET only, not co-transform with other vector...) BL21(DE3) 不就只是少了个 pLysS 嘛... 还是我的实验过程有问题.... --
