标题[问题] apparent affinity constant的意思?

我看了一篇paper，是nature vol.440，p918，2006
其中的实验主要是发现methanotroph archaea和denitrifying bacteria的共生现象
我看不懂的地方在於 他的文中提及了(在p919页的左边第一行附近)
methane在不同型态的共生菌落中会有不同的利用程度
其中讲到了apperent affinity constant，
他用这个数字来作为这次发现的methanotroph archaea是和哪种菌共生的判断依据之一
我不太懂其中提及的这个apparent affinity constant，而且还能针对methane作计算
我想应该不是antibody和ligand的那个affinity constant
请问这个值的公式为何?
