标 题【问题】PD?

不好意思,我在看paper的时候出现了几个名词看不太懂,
像是使用的几个cell line他会写 KO16.PDs 85-95,
KO9F6,PDs 73-84.
KO16 BS
请问一下这几个cell line到底代表什麽意思呢?
像是PD的意义为何?
我的paper title是Inhibition of gene amplification to telomerase deficient
immortalized mouse embryonic fibroblasts
