(1)这一步是天方夜谭，听过wobble hypothesis吗？你这逻辑应该是理论吧！

(3) 你这里的miRNA用的有点怪（miRNA的来源和定义见下文），目前cDNA的制备多采用
RT-PCR的方式，很少有人是从protein下手，因为目前protein序列分析技术没有核酸序
列分析来的方便；miRNA也绝对不是从cDNA cloning找的到的！
In genetics, microRNAs (miRNA) are single-stranded RNA molecules of about 21-23
nucleotides in length thought to regulate the expression of other genes.
miRNAs are encoded by RNA genes that are transcribed from RNA but not trans-
lated into protein; instead they are processed from primary transcripts known
as pri-miRNA to short stem-loop structures called pre-miRNA and finally to
functional miRNA. Mature miRNA molecules are complementary to regions in one
or more messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules, which they target for degradation
