标题[问题] Tet-off/on ???

请问一下Tet-off Tet-on 是什麽啊??
最近上课上到 但是不是很懂
好像是tTA DNA bind到 tetO(?)位置 会active transcription?
还有什麽rtTA也是bind到tetO 也会开始transcription?
实在不是很懂
可以请懂这个的麻烦帮我解答一下吗??谢谢
