标题[问题] 请问基因枪的最佳压力与打入深度???

是对动物细胞的transfection
上网查了一下基因枪的protocol(不确定是不是讲动物细胞)
是这样写的
Transfections were typically performed at a pressure of 40 psi (adjusted at
the tank valve) to transfect cells about 30 micrometer depth from the surface.
所以当我用40psi的压力，就会很刚好的把DNA打到真皮与肌肉之间吗???
(老师说基因枪是将DNA打到这，是他的优点)
而打入的深度是30 micrometer对於intradermal来说会不会太浅了???
还是有没有实验过最适合的压力是刚好把DNA打入皮肤与肌肉之间的
请各位高手解惑
