The upper portion of the 4th and 5th lane from left side, you can see
sqaure with different color if you darken the figure and increase the contrast.
It seems to me that it look like being modified by using "paste".
I chose to believe Dr. Chang's lab because I am Taiwanese, but after
seeing this, I think Dr. Chang's lab should explain.
