各为先进好 最近在看~~~一篇chromosone 22q11.2 deletion的paper 网路上查了一下FISH utilizingfluorescently labeled DNA probes to detect or confirm gene or chromosome abnormalities 1.first denatured, a process that separates the complimentary strands within the DNA double helix structure 2.fluorescently labeled probe of interest is then added to the denatured sample mixture and hybridizes with the sample DNA at the target site 3.probe signal can then be seen through a fluorescent microscope and the sample DNA scored for the presence or absence of the signal. 我的问题是.... 1.如果我们只怀疑他有chromosome 但不知道那一对的话.....要如果detect出那一对有问题呢 2.像DiGeroge syndrome如果11q11.2 deletion...它都deletion了如何insert probe 3.像DiGeroge syndrome它的probe要如何选择呢~~怎麽知道那一断的核酸排列阿 11q11.2 那一段是啥? 谢谢 --
