标题[问题] 测Cell cycle的结果

我现在在念一篇paper
里面有做到分析cell cycle 用PI染DNA
跑Flow 会看到 G0/G1 S G2/M的peak
我以前学过tumor cell会有非整数倍体出现
所以G2/M和G0/G1的比值不会接近二
但PAPER上用药物处理的细胞 他的G2/M peak比没有加药的control组高一倍
推论为发生apoptosis 走bcl-2的路径
这是什麽道理呢?
